However, the business model is becoming the leading factor of survival in this industry. Too little time

I am a fan of technology but if one wants to communicate effectively it is imperative that time is set aside to make use of this technology. Unfortunately, I have been pressed at my new job back in academia, so I have been unable to post as often as I would like.

However, I have now added a Twitter account to my arsenal. You can follow my rantings at AirlineBizModel.
