Eco-labels to air travel
Flybe has announced that it is going to make its environmental footprint transparent to its customers by listing its emissions and noise footprint to customers on its website. Click here to see the press release. This way customers are able to see which routes are the least harmful to the environment. Customers are then offered the change to purchase carbon offsetting points. Maybe an industry labelling scheme is on its way?
